The Business Centre "Mūkusala" is the largest business centre in Riga, featuring 20 000 sqm of rented premises gross area. This 5 hectares Business Centre "Mūkusala" is located between Mūkusalas and Jelgavas streets. The company provides qualitative technical infrastructure thus creating successful work of the office centre.

The Business Centre "Mūkusala" services are used by more than 70 various companies, most significant of them, to name a few: Tele2, Itella, Latvijas Pasts, "UniCredit Leasing" and the Court Administration of the RL.

The Company has implemented a complete renovation and restoration of the five-storied building that accommodates modern offices, specialised shops and light structure warehouses. The Company continuously works to improve and perfect every aspect of its services offer.

In 2007 the company commissioned a new office building which area is 1 500 sqm, and has also commenced new project implementation. Until the end of 2009 is planned implementation of a new A class office building, area: 12 000 sqm, and until 2010 is planned implementation of an office building complex, area: 15 000 sqm.

For creation of the area development plan and designing new office buildings, the Business Centre "Mūkusala" has concluded agreements with INDIA– consortium of two leading Architectural bureau in Latvia, which leading architect is Peteris Bajars and DEPO Architectural bureau, which leading architect is Uldis Zanders. It is anticipated that both bureaus will develop a new concept of the area development, providing qualitative and contemporary development of an office park, paying special attention to creation of suitable infrastructure and qualitative environment. The architect will solve issue of designing eco-friendly buildings, employing novel technologies and examples of contemporary architectonic solutions. It is planned that design stage will be completed until the end of 2009.
